Macrotech Developers has accused Abhinandan Lodha’s HoABL of fabricating documents to misuse.

the "Lodha" brand name for business gains. The company alleged that HoABL used fake board resolutions and forged signatures to secure approvals for renaming its firms with the Lodha name. It also claimed that a director’s PAN card was tampered with. This comes after the Bombay High Court urged the Lodha brothers to amicably resolve their dispute. Abhishek Lodha has recused himself from a special committee formed by Macrotech’s board to take legal action. HoABL denied the allegations and stated that it would respond in detail after an internal review. Meanwhile, Macrotech’s stock surged 5.28% on the BSE, outperforming the benchmark index.
