ACME Solar Q4 FY26 Profit Rises 13% to ₹139 Crore

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter of FY26, driven by steady growth across its renewable energy portfolio.

The company posted a 12.92% year-on-year increase in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹139.31 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹123.36 crore during the same period last year.

Revenue from operations for the quarter rose 12.52% to ₹1,547.85 crore, reflecting improved operational performance and continued execution of renewable energy projects.

On a full-year basis, ACME Solar delivered a significant jump in profitability. The company’s FY26 PAT nearly doubled to ₹498.91 crore, compared with ₹252.10 crore in FY25, marking an impressive 97.90% growth year-on-year.

Annual revenue from operations also recorded robust growth, rising 43.99% to ₹2,023.37 crore in FY26 from ₹1,405.13 crore in the previous financial year.

The strong financial performance highlights increasing momentum in India’s renewable energy sector, supported by rising clean energy demand, expanding solar infrastructure, and ongoing investments in sustainable power generation.

Despite the positive earnings announcement, ACME Solar’s shares were trading lower at ₹290.15, down 2.81%, at around 10:56 am IST on May 8, reflecting broader market sentiment and profit-booking activity.

India’s renewable energy sector continues to witness rapid expansion, with companies such as ACME Solar playing a key role in supporting the country’s clean energy targets and transition toward low-carbon power generation.
