KEC International Secures ₹1,180 Crore Orders and Wins First Data Centre Power Project

KEC International Limited has secured new orders worth ₹1,180 crore across its Transmission and Distribution, Renewables, Civil, and Cables and Conductors businesses.

A major highlight of the latest order announcement is the company’s first transmission line project for supplying electricity to a data centre in India. The project marks an important milestone for KEC International as it expands its role in supporting the country’s rapidly growing digital infrastructure.

Within the Transmission and Distribution segment, the company has also secured orders for transmission line towers in the Middle East. Additional contracts for towers, hardware and poles have been received from markets in the Americas.

KEC International’s renewables business has won an order for a solar photovoltaic project with a capacity exceeding 200 MW in Western India. The project strengthens the company’s presence in India’s expanding renewable energy sector.

The civil business has received an order for additional work at a 150 MW thermal power plant in Eastern India. Meanwhile, the Cables and Conductors division has secured multiple contracts from domestic and international customers.

With these new orders, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake for FY27 has crossed ₹5,200 crore. The latest wins reinforce the company’s strong execution pipeline, diversified business portfolio and growing presence across conventional power, renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects.
