CleanMax to Supply 50 MW Hybrid Renewable Power to Sangam India in Rajasthan

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd has entered into a partnership with Sangam India Ltd to supply 50 MW of hybrid renewable energy, supporting the textile company’s decarbonisation efforts in Rajasthan.

The agreement involves the development of a hybrid renewable energy project comprising 30 MWp of solar capacity, 20 MW of wind power, and a 2 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). This integrated setup is designed to ensure reliable and continuous supply of clean energy.

Power for the project will be sourced from CleanMax’s Bhikamkar hybrid farm under an intra-state group captive model. This structure allows Sangam India to access round-the-clock renewable power across its five manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan.

The project is aligned with Rajasthan’s green energy open-access framework, which enables industrial consumers to procure renewable energy directly while ensuring cost efficiency and sustainability.

As of March 31, 2026, CleanMax has commissioned 525 MW of renewable energy capacity in Rajasthan. The company’s total contracted portfolio stands at approximately 5.7 GW, of which nearly 3.1 GW is already operational.

CleanMax stated that this partnership strengthens its presence in Rajasthan and reinforces its position as a key enabler of industrial decarbonisation. The collaboration also highlights the growing adoption of hybrid renewable solutions by energy-intensive industries seeking stable, scalable, and sustainable power sources.
