Krystal Solar Wins ₹138 Crore Rooftop Solar Project for Maharashtra Healthcare Facilities

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd has announced that its associate company, Krystal Solar Energy SPV, has secured a ₹138 crore contract to develop rooftop solar infrastructure across government healthcare institutions in Maharashtra.

Krystal Integrated Services holds a 49% stake in Krystal Solar Energy SPV, marking the project as an important step in the company’s strategic expansion into renewable energy infrastructure.

The contract has been awarded by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research Maharashtra and involves the deployment of grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at government hospitals and medical colleges across the state.

Under the scope of work, Krystal Solar Energy SPV will handle end-to-end project execution, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, grid synchronisation, and long-term operations and maintenance of the rooftop solar systems.

The initiative is expected to support clean energy adoption across public healthcare infrastructure while helping reduce electricity costs and improve energy efficiency in medical institutions.

Sanjay Dighe said the project marks a strategic milestone for the company and strengthens its growing presence in renewable energy and infrastructure services.

The contract aligns with broader government efforts to expand solar adoption in public sector facilities and supports India’s larger clean energy transition goals by integrating sustainable power solutions into critical healthcare infrastructure.

With this win, Krystal continues to diversify its portfolio beyond integrated services and deepen its footprint in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
