Vikram Solar has announced the appointment of Biresh Ranjan Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, reinforcing its leadership team as the company advances its ambitious growth and global expansion plans.

In his new role, Biresh will spearhead Vikram Solar’s people and culture agenda, working closely with senior management to build organisational capabilities aligned with the company’s long-term strategic vision. With over 23 years of experience across manufacturing, telecom, hospitality, infrastructure, and global shared services, Biresh brings extensive expertise in scaling organisations and aligning people strategies with business objectives in complex, multi-location environments. His background in managing diverse workforces and driving cultural transformation is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
