Vrinda Resort & Water Park, Sitapur — A Contemporary Interpretation of Neo-Classical Hospitality Architecture

Vrinda Resort & Water Park, Sitapur A Contemporary Interpretation of Neo-Classical Hospitality Architecture

Located along NH-30 at Binaura, Sitapur, Vrinda Resort & Water Park is envisioned as a comprehensive leisure and hospitality destination that merges neo-classical architectural expression with contemporary planning principles. The project is developed on a 165,000 sq ft site, with an expansive upcoming water park planned over an additional 200,000 sq ft, positioning the development as a future regional landmark.

Architectural Language & Design Philosophy

The architectural language derives from classical proportions — arches, pilasters, cornices, and a grand entrance portico — reinterpreted through clean lines and modern material sensibilities. A symmetrical facade composition establishes a strong sense of order and arrival, while restrained ornamentation ensures elegance without excess.

A carefully crafted architectural lighting strategy highlights cornices, arches, and vertical elements, enhancing depth and rhythm after sunset and transforming the built form into a glowing nighttime landmark.

Accommodation & Guest Facilities

The resort comprises 65 guest rooms and 30 cottage-type guest rooms in the water park area, planned with clear zoning to ensure privacy, comfort, and operational efficiency.

Hospitality & Entertainment

Hospitality and entertainment functions form the social core of the project, housing three restaurants, along with a bar and night club.

Event Infrastructure

Event infrastructure includes two banquet halls of approximately 7,000 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft, supported by landscaped lawns for outdoor celebrations.
